Q: When will my package get shipped? 

A: All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Priority shipping orders placed after 2 PM PST will be shipped out the next business day.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the return.

 

Q: How do I apply a promo code to my order?

A: Promo codes can be applied at checkout. One promo code per standard order per person during specified period only. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time. We reserve the right to decline the promotional offer for any order that does not meet specific criteria as deemed by the company. Other restrictions may apply.

 

Q: What is a standard order?

A: A standard order is an order with a minimum subtotal of $25 before discounts, shipping, and taxes.

 

Q: Can I use more than one promo code?

A: No, only one promo code can be applied to each order.
